About the Painting: “Suburban Nights” Well when all you people are sleeping I am out wandering around the neighborhood. Well at least I was before I got sick in December. This is in anticipation of that wonderful activity. I live in a sleepy little suburb where no one walks at night, except me. The neighborhood is all mine at midnight. Not even the dog walkers are out. There is something magical about being in the dark alone, surrounded by the sleeping day people. It is quiet exhilarating.
“Suburban Nights” was created in the wee hours and is a mixed media piece. It started as an acrylic painting and was finished digitally. The artwork comes with a certificate of authenticity, signed on the front and back as well as dated with the story. Only one of these will be made. It is a one of a kind artwork.
